 We wanted something defferent to a traditional wedding cake and Mel created and set up the most amazing cheese tower for our wedding in sep 09.

 We had seen many photographs on the internet and finally agreed a style and flavours with Mel but on the day were totally blown away when we saw the tower.

Tasted fantastic, beautifuly decorated and the talking point of the evening.
